Jacko Contracting built two large custom rooftop decks for an apartment building project in the Deer Park neighbourhood, right near Avenue Road and St. Clair Ave in Midtown Toronto. Jacko and his team were incredibly professional, delivering outstanding, high-quality craftsmanship exactly on schedule. Coordinating an exterior project of this scale requires a highly reliable contractor, and they executed the structural and deck work flawlessly. I highly recommend Jacko Contracting for any major deck building or exterior renovations in the GTA.

We could not be happier with the work Jacko Contracting recently completed on our fence and deck demolition, design, and reconstruction. From start to finish, Jacko and his team were professional, reliable, and attentive to every detail. Our old 30+ year-old deck and fence were efficiently removed, and the new fence and deck built with exceptional craftsmanship.

The quality of workmanship consistently exceeded our expectations as every detail was handled with care and precision. Jacko also made excellent design recommendations that enhanced both the look and functionality of our outdoor space and helped bring our vision to life beautifully.

Communication was clear throughout the project, and all aspects were handled with full professionalism. We also found Jacko’s pricing to be very reasonable in relation to the scope the project and the quality of work delivered, and provided excellent value for our investment.

It’s clear that Jacko and his team take great pride in their work and genuinely care about quality and customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Jacko to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and dependable contractor and are planning to retain Jacko Contracting again soon for a planned interior reno.

In brief, outstanding workmanship, excellent design advice, fair pricing, a reliable team of professionals, and beautiful results!

Jacko Contracting did an exceptional job with the framing and structural work on our Toronto home. They safely removed a load-bearing wall and ensured the new beam was perfectly to code. If you need reliable structural contractors in the GTA, hire this team.

We had a sunroom put on the back of our house last year and then contracted Jacko to add a deck. What he did was extremely detailed and thorough and we're very satisfied with the result. During construction, we changed our minds a number of times on what we wanted and Jacko worked with us to sort out our ideas.

After the deck was complete, Jacko helped us remodel our backyard with new fencing, a paver walkway, a raised flower bed, and a pond. We also asked him to do a number of small jobs, such as installing a solar light, and he did them without complaint.

We're very, very pleased with Jacko's work.
